Design:  Class 40 Type - Short Handed Yacht

The Sayer Class 40 has been modelled on our 12MO design - 12m racer with water ballast. Unlike RYUJIN and WASABI which were designed for light weather Osaka races, this hull boasts 21% more righting moment with minimal extra area due to careful design parameters to exclude weight in the larger hull form. Estimated costs will have this vessel very competitive and also able to perform under IRC although the criteria is for fast passage making.
